Understand these terms and conditions as a guide to better playing, and whenever something goes wrong. This guide should help you with website issues, services, software, etc. We advise you to respect these rules whenever you play the games.   • Sefiarray B.V. is the operator that runs TrustStake, a company with registration in Curaçao. The company’s official registration number is 155219, and it holds a valid Certificate of Operation.
  • The term “Company” refers to Sefiarray B.V., “We”, “Us” or “Our”, and we refer to registered players with “You”, “Yours”, “End user”, “Account holder” or “the Player”, as and where appropriate.
  • We have the exclusive right to change our T&C at any time without prior announcement.
  • The T&C take effect once they are officially updated and published on our site, and never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it’s the player’s responsibility to check our T&C regularly, especially before claiming any bonuses and/or placing any bets.
  • If we ever publish these Terms translated into another language and something doesn’t match the English version, the English version is the one that counts.

My Account Rules

When you join TrustStake, it’s good to know the rules that apply to managing your account. Here’s what you need to learn:

Account Creation & Eligibility Requirements

Check the essential information you need to create your account, and follow the eligibility requirements:

  • When you create an account on our website, you must give us accurate and up-to-date info such as your full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
  • Keep your info updated. If anything changes, notify us immediately. Not doing this is a serious violation of our agreement.
  • You must open an account to play real-money games.
  • If you use electronic verification to register or deposit, you allow us to collect your details from that system and create your account based on them.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
  • If your country doesn’t appear on the registration page, you cannot register or play.
  • We reserve the right to block users from any jurisdiction at our discretion.
  • It’s your responsibility to follow your own country’s laws and gamble legally.
  • If you work for the company (employee, director, consultant, provider, etc.) or have inside information, you cannot play.
  • You may only have one account: one name, one person, one IP address. We will close the account if we detect that you have multiple accounts on our website.
  • If multiple people use the same shared environment (like dorms), contact support before opening accounts to avoid security issues.

Account Inactivity, Fees & Brand Rules

Check what you need to do and what the rules are in case you stay inactive:

  • If there are no activities on your account for 12 months, it becomes inactive.
  • We may charge you a €10 monthly inactivity fee from your cash balance until you log in again or your balance hits zero.
  • Once your balance reaches zero, we don’t apply any fees.
  • You can recover remaining inactive funds by logging in and requesting a withdrawal.
  • If your account is blocked or excluded, contact our support to recover inactive funds.
  • When you open an account, it only applies to that specific brand. It does NOT carry over to sister sites.
  • Closing one account does NOT affect accounts on other brands.
  • Self-exclusion or time-out on one account does NOT automatically apply to other brands unless stated.

Verifying Your Account

Nothing moves further if you don’t verify your TrustStake account. Check the rules related to account verification so you can align everything with our policy:

  • You must verify your account age. Additionally, your account must be ready for fraud checks, payments, promotions, and account closure.
  • We may ask you to upload a valid ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID) and a recent utility bill that shows your name and address (dated within the last 3 months). 
  • We may request extra documents, including proof of payment methods.
  • Upload your documents through the verification tool in your account’s cashier.
  • We may trigger identity checks if/when your deposits or withdrawals reach €2000 within 180 days.
  • We may verify you even at lower activity levels or before any withdrawal.
  • If you log in using Electronic ID, you allow us to collect your identification info through that system and create your account from it.

Deposits

Deposits are the initial step towards beginning your gambling activities. It’s important to familiarise yourself with the basic and fundamental rules before you transfer money to your account:

  • To bet with real money, you must deposit funds.
  • You may choose and change different deposit methods. Each provider has its own rules and fees.
  • You can only deposit through the TrustStake.com site
  • You must use your personal payment methods. This obligation means that you can’t use corporate or business accounts. 
  • Deposits appear on your account shortly after confirmation.
  • We may ask for proof of any payment.
  • We don’t offer credit, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
  • You cannot deposit money from illegal sources.
  • You must compensate us for any losses from chargebacks, reversals, or cancellations you cause.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal Basics

The fundamentals of withdrawing your money require knowing the following rules:

  • You may request a withdrawal anytime, as long as we verify your deposits and you meet all the requirements.
  • We will send withdrawals using the same method you used to deposit when possible.
  • Withdrawals must go to accounts in your own name and address.
  • You cannot withdraw “bonus money” or funds stuck in an aborted game.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.
  • You must make at least one successful deposit before withdrawing.

Bank Transfer Rules

Check the basic bank transfer rules before you choose it as a payment method:

  • If you deposit with Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay, you can only withdraw by bank transfer.
  • The bank transfer withdrawal’s minimum limit is €100, and you must use an EUR-accepting IBAN.
  • If your bank rejects EUR transfers, the funds will return to your balance. This may take up to 30 days.

Processing Times & Verification

We have a reasonable processing time and rules you must respect to avoid any delays:

  • We aim to process withdrawals within 1–3 business days after verification.
  • We may decline withdrawals until we complete the verification. We may ask for a notarised ID.

Security & Fraud Policies

These are our most important security rules and fraud policies you must stick to:

  • If we suspect fraud or violation of terms, we may cancel your withdrawals, void winnings, and close your account.
  • If we suspect fraud or money laundering, we may confiscate your funds and close the account.
  • If you have €10,000+ pending withdrawal while self-excluded or timed out, we may charge a 50% admin fee.

Fees & Limits

The fees and limits related to withdrawals have the following rules:

  • We may charge fees for withdrawals (shown during the request).
  • The withdrawal limits we apply are as follows: €2,000 per day, €6,000 per week, €15,000 per month. If you become our VIP, you may get higher limits.
  • You must wager non-deposit bonuses at least once before withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

  • We must follow AML and anti-terrorism laws and verify customers.
  • We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may run public checks to verify your details.
  • While we verify your identity, you can play, but you can’t withdraw.
  • If you don’t provide the required documents, we will block or terminate your account and return your deposit.
  • We may request additional information at any time.
  • We will cancel your account and not pay out if you provide false information.
