TrustStake General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to TrustStake's Terms & Conditions page. Understanding the rules that govern this platform helps you get the most out of your experience while staying fully compliant. Please read carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using TrustStake, you agree to everything outlined below.
General
These terms and conditions act as a comprehensive guide covering all aspects of using TrustStake — including the website, services, software, and gameplay. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the site immediately.
- TrustStake is operated by Sefiarray B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under registration number 155219, holding a valid Certificate of Operation.
- "Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Sefiarray B.V. "You", "Yours", "End User", "Account Holder", and "Player" refer to the registered user.
- We reserve the exclusive right to update or amend these T&C at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website and do not apply retroactively to existing bonus promotions.
- It is your responsibility to review the T&C regularly — especially before claiming bonuses or placing bets.
- Where a translated version of these terms conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence.
My Account Rules
Every player must understand the rules governing their TrustStake account. Below you'll find everything related to account creation, eligibility, inactivity, and brand scope.
Account Creation & Eligibility Requirements
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date. Failing to update information is a serious breach of this agreement.
- You must have a registered account to access any real-money games.
- If you use an electronic verification method during registration or deposit, you authorise us to retrieve your details from that system to set up your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play.
- If your country does not appear on the registration page, you are not eligible to register or play.
- We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with local laws.
- Employees, directors, consultants, service providers, or anyone with access to insider information related to the company are not permitted to play.
- Each individual may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts under the same name, person, or IP address will be closed upon detection.
- If you share an environment with other users (e.g., university dormitories or shared residences), please contact support before opening an account to prevent security conflicts.
Account Inactivity, Fees & Brand Rules
- An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive.
- A €10 monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from your cash balance until you log back in or the balance reaches zero.
- No fees are applied once the balance reaches zero.
- To reclaim any remaining inactive balance, simply log in and submit a withdrawal request. If your account is blocked or excluded, contact our support team.
- Your account is tied to this specific brand only and does not carry over to any sister sites.
- Closing your account on TrustStake has no effect on accounts held on other brands.
- Self-exclusion or time-out on this platform does not automatically apply to other brands, unless explicitly stated.
Verifying Your Account
Account verification is a mandatory part of using TrustStake. It protects both you and the platform against fraud and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You must verify your account for age confirmation, fraud prevention, payment processing, bonus eligibility, and account closure requests.
- We may request a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card) and a recent utility bill confirming your name and address (dated within the last 3 months).
- Additional documents may be required, including proof of the payment method used.
- All documents must be uploaded through the verification tool found in your account's cashier section.
- Identity checks may be triggered when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000 within a 180-day period, though we may also initiate checks at lower activity levels or before any withdrawal.
- If you log in using an Electronic ID, you authorise us to collect your identification details through that system.
Deposits
Deposits are the foundation of real-money gameplay. Before funding your account, please review the following rules carefully.
- A deposit is required before you can place any real-money bets.
- You may choose from the available deposit methods. Each provider may apply its own fees and processing rules.
- All deposits must be made exclusively through the TrustStake.com website.
- You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
- Deposits are usually reflected in your account shortly after confirmation.
- We may request proof of any payment transaction at any time.
- We do not extend credit to players and are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Deposits from unlawful or illegitimate sources are strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for any losses we incur as a result of chargebacks, payment reversals, or cancellations initiated by you.
Withdrawals
Withdrawing your winnings is straightforward when you understand the process. Review all withdrawal rules before making your first request.
Withdrawal Basics
- You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account is verified and all applicable requirements are met.
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for your deposit.
- Withdrawals must be directed to accounts registered in your own name and address.
- Bonus funds or funds held in an aborted game state are not eligible for withdrawal.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.
- At least one successful deposit must be made before any withdrawal can be processed.
Bank Transfer Rules
- If you deposited via Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay, your withdrawal will only be available by bank transfer.
- Bank transfer withdrawals carry a minimum of €100 and require an IBAN that accepts EUR transactions.
- If your bank rejects a EUR transfer, the funds will be returned to your account balance — a process that may take up to 30 days.
Processing Times & Verification
- We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days after successful verification.
- We may delay or decline withdrawals until all required verification steps are completed. In certain cases, a notarised ID may be requested.
Security & Fraud Policies
- If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, we may cancel pending withdrawals, void winnings, and close the associated account.
- Where money laundering or similar illegal activity is suspected, funds may be confiscated and the account permanently closed.
- If a withdrawal of €10,000 or more is pending while a player is self-excluded or timed out, a 50% administrative fee may be charged.
Fees & Limits
- Withdrawal fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at the time of your request.
- Standard withdrawal limits are: €2,000 per day, €6,000 per week, and €15,000 per month. VIP players may be eligible for elevated limits.
- Non-deposit bonuses must be wagered a minimum of once before any withdrawal is permitted.

Players residing in the following regions or territories are not permitted to register an account or place real-money bets on TrustStake.

- We are obligated to comply with AML and anti-terrorism legislation and to perform identity verification on all customers.
- All personal data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may carry out public record checks or third-party verification to confirm the accuracy of the details you have provided.
- During the verification process, you may continue to play; however, withdrawals will be restricted until all checks are successfully completed.
- If you fail to provide the required documents, we reserve the right to block or terminate your account. Deposit funds may be returned where applicable.
- We may request additional information or documentation at any point during your relationship with us.
- If false or misleading information is provided, your account will be closed and payouts withheld.

TrustStake is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity and protect their wellbeing.
- You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account settings.
- Time-out periods allow you to temporarily pause your account without permanently closing it.
- To remove or increase existing limits, contact our customer support team. Reductions apply immediately, while increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- If you need a longer break, you can request a self-exclusion period by emailing our support team.
- If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to seek help from independent organisations such as BeGambleAware or GamCare.
